that your package can be traced in transit and insured in case of damage. How do you know if this is required? Just look under the price of the product you're

We offer a few different shipping options for items that do not include free shipping. Please refer to the chart below for the cost of shipping to your country.

• Orders are processed for shipment during normal www.petempire.ca business hours (9am - 5:00pm, Mon - Fri, excluding Holidays).
• The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment.
• DHL deliveries are NOT available to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
• DHL does NOT deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
• www.petempire.ca is not responsible for packages that are delayed by customs.
• International Duties and/or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• www.petempire.ca is not responsible for brokerage fees incurred on International Shipments. These fees, whether charged by a private or Customs appointed broker, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
